Surprising as it may sound, I arrive at the kitchen out of great laziness.
It started when I was looking for quick and healthy ways to nourish myself as an athlete during adolescence and continued to need to shorten as many times as possible during the degree in clinical nutrition taught in parallel with a busy athletics training schedule.
This is the place to find out that some of my recipes that have been passed on to you over time, are the ones that were accidentally developed, by chance, because I forgot food in a toaster oven or because I came to create one thing at all and accidentally gave birth to something else, even more successful.
Eventually, the kitchen became a love and a place of refuge and creation. But the desire to shorten times and streamline processes in the kitchen, not at the expense of taste - remains to this day.

This is alongside foods that I discover from around the world that I love and consume in my home kitchen. Each of them has a reason why I consume it or recommend it.
