Registration for a nutrition plan is personal and non-transferable.

The nutrition plan is designed to provide tools, impart knowledge and enable training for the purpose of changing behavior patterns while identifying and listening to the body's needs, while listening to your needs and taking into account, as much as possible, your specific life philosophy (veganism, vegetarianism, avoiding gluten, etc.). The nutrition plan success is very much depends on your cooperation and your commitment to the process.

Changing the date of a scheduled counseling session will be done in writing to the email: yafit@nutracoach.co.il, at least 48 hours before the meeting date. Absence from a counseling session and/or notice of cancellation of a counseling session given within 48 hours before the meeting date, will be considered as the meeting took place for all intents and purposes and will be fully charged.

Validity of the nutrition plans: The five steps - ten weeks. The ten steps to becoming your own nutritionist - five months. Listen to the body again - five months. Diagnosed with Parkinson's - seven months. Parkinson's Persistent- twelve months. Persistent program- ten months. This period will be counted from the date of purchase of the plan. With the expiration of the program, it will not be possible to use the meetings, if there are any left.

Cancellation of a transaction made through the site will be done in accordance with the provisions of this section and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-1981.
5.1 Cancellation of a purchase transaction of nutrition consulting services made through the website will be possible within 14 days from the date of execution of the purchase transaction and up to two days, which are not days of rest, before the date of the scheduled consultation meeting and/or the first consultation meeting as part of a consultation program, as the case may be. In such a case, notice must be given on cancellation of a transaction in one of the following ways: through the website by submitting an online request to cancel a transaction, by e-mail: (yafit@nutracoach.co.il), phone call/text message (+972-54-99-19-219), registered mail (to 30 Jerusalem Boulevard, Building A, Netanya). It is emphasized that in every notice regarding the cancellation of a transaction you must include the following details: full name, ID card and the date of the first scheduled meeting.
5.2 Within 7 business days from the date of notice of cancellation of a transaction and subject to what is stated in this section, a credit will be made for the amount actually paid as part of the canceled transaction, minus the following amounts: (a) cancellation fees at a rate of 5% of the price paid for the product or NIS 100, whichever is the lower ; (b) Credit transaction cancellation fee, in the amount of the amount charged to the website owner for clearing the credit card in the canceled transaction. The credit will be made no later than 7 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction.
5.3 Credit following a canceled transaction will be made through the payment method used to execute the transaction (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). In any case where there is a dificulty in making the credit through the aforementioned payment method, the credit will be given as a credit voucher, in cash or cashed check, at the choice of the business owner.
